All products sold from us cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchange Policy
- Goods purchased at the Pop-Up Market are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they have left the premises. Please take note.
- Any items purchased with a discount are not eligible for size exchange.
- Each item may only be exchanged once.
- If you discover any damage to the purchased item, you may contact our store to request an exchange within three days of receiving the item. Upon verification that the request meets the exchange criteria, our store will assist in arranging the exchange. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- All items are eligible for a three-day exchange service. The exchanged item must be of the same style, and there is no handling fee; however, the shipping costs for the exchanged item shall be borne by the customer.
- Due to hygiene concerns, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in cases of damage.
- Our store will only accept the following reasons for exchange:
- The item is damaged or defective.
- The quantity or style of the item does not match the order.
- The item is not the appropriate size.
- If, upon receiving the jewelry, you find the size unsuitable (excluding custom-made items), you must contact our store within three days of signing for the delivery. The exchanged item must be sent out within five working days of contacting us (as per the courier's delivery records); otherwise, the request will not be processed.
If you are uncertain about the size of the jewelry, we recommend contacting our store for professional advice. - Incomplete electronic exchange application forms, missing components, or items not meeting the exchange criteria will not be processed. Returned items will be sent back via SF Express with shipping costs to be borne by the customer, without further notification. All associated costs and risks arising from this will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- The exchanged item must remain in pristine condition. The status of the exchanged item must be brand new, unworn, with intact packaging, and free from any scents (e.g., perfume or body odor). Our store will inspect the returned goods and reserves the final decision. If the item does not meet the requirements, our store has the right to refuse the exchange and will return the original item to the customer. All associated costs and risks arising from this will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Returned items that are not in brand new condition, exhibit damage or stains, have been worn, lack proper packaging, or have residual scents (e.g., perfume or sweat) will not be accepted. Such items will be sent back via SF Express with shipping costs to be borne by the customer, without further notification. All associated costs and risks arising from this will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We do not accept Hong Kong Post Office’s mail or any deliVery methods without tracking records for returns or exchanges. If Hong Kong Post mail delivery fails on the first attempt, the recipient must collect it in person from the post office. In such cases, we will not be able to arrange for someone to collect it on behalf of the customer, and the item will automatically be returned to the sender due to timeout without further notification. All associated costs and risks arising from this will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- All return shipping costs and risks of loss shall be borne by the customer.
- If a returned item is sent back with shipping costs due, the shipping fee must be reimbursed before the exchange process can proceed.
- In the case of an exchange, the price of the item, membership points, and discounts will be calculated based on the original order.
- If the exchanged item is less expensive than the original, the price difference will only be refunded in the form of store credit; conversely, if the exchanged item is more expensive, you will only need to pay the difference.
- Please note that if the item for exchange is sold out after the return, we will contact the customer to discuss alternative arrangements.
- We reserve the right to refuse any requests for returns and exchanges.
