Before Exchanging
Please read the return and exchange policy carefully to check if the item meets the exchange criteria.

#Exchange Method One
Self-Service Exchange at Pop-Up Market

  1. Place a new order for the correct color/ size.
    Payment method: Select "Exchange Color/ Size" (no payment required).
  2. Submit the exchange application form.
  3. Upon arriving at the Pop-Up Market, hand the form to the staff and provide the phone number and order number used when placing the new order.
  4. We will ship the new order via SF Express Collect within five to fourteen days after receiving the returned item, exchange application form, and new order.
  5. Please check our Instagram for the actual operating hours and location of the Pop-Up Market, or refer to the options in the exchange form.
    Note: Due to limited manpower, processing returns and inspections may take time, and immediate exchanges cannot be accommodated.

#Exchange Method Two
Exchange via SF Express

  1. Send the item back with shipping costs covered (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
  2. Submit the exchange application form; the link can be found in the email when the order status is updated to "Completed."
  3. Place a new order for the correct color/size.
    Payment method: Select "Exchange Color/Size" (no payment required).
  4. We will ship the new order via SF Express Collect within 7 to 14 days after receiving the returned item, exchange application form, and new order.
