CHANGE OF ORDERS
If you want to change any confirmed order, please contact our shop via email (hello@twinkleaccessories.co) or IG (@ttwinkle.ac) within 24 hours after order placing.

TIME OF DELIVERY
Generally, we will deliver our product within 1-2 days after the order is confirmed. We will arrange for delivery as soon as practicable.

TRACKING OF ORDERS
When the ordered products have been sent out, you will receive an email with a mail number. You can visit the website of the courier company to check the delivery status. Please be reminded that you will not be able to check the delivery status before receiving the mail number.

FREIGHT CHARGE
Self pick-up service at SF stores and SF Express Service Centers: HK$25
Delivery at designated address: HK$30
Customers making purchases of HK$500 or more can enjoy free delivery services. Freight charge will be automatically deducted upon the settlement of orders.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
International customers (outside Hong Kong) are required to bear any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and other fees as determined by their local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to settle these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to provide specific information regarding the amounts of these fees, if applicable. For estimated charges and rates on packages from overseas, we recommend contacting your country's customs office.

Please be aware that Twinkle Accessories is not accountable for any shipping deliveries that may be impacted by customs, natural events, transfers from local carriers in your country, or disruptions in air and ground transportation.

 

 

ENTERED WRONG SHIPPING INFORMATION
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping information when ordering from our website. If you wish to change any of your shipping information after placing your order, please be sure to notify us as soon as possible via email at hello@twinkleaccessories.co. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected packages due to incomplete/wrong addresses or failed delivery attempts.
