Repair Service Guidelines
Before Repairing
Please carefully read the after-sales maintenance service policy to determine if the item meets the exchange criteria.
🔧Repair Method One
Deliver to Us at the Pop-Up Market
- Submit the repair application form.
- After receiving the email confirming acceptance of your repair request,
- Go to the Pop-Up Market on the selected date and location and hand it to the staff, providing the phone number and order number used when placing the new order.
- We will ship the repaired item via SF Express Collect within 14 to 21 days after receiving the returned item and the repair application form.
⭐️Please check our Instagram for the actual operating hours and location of the Pop-Up Market, or refer to the options in the exchange form.
Note: Due to limited manpower, processing repairs and inspections may take time, and immediate service cannot be accommodated.
🔧Repair Method Two
Return the Jewelry for Repair via SF Express
- Submit the repair application form.
- After receiving the email confirming acceptance of your repair request,
- Send the item back with shipping costs paid by the customer (repair shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
- Submit the maintenance and repair application form; the link can be found in the email when the order status is updated to "Completed."
- We will ship the item back via SF Express Collect within 14 to 21 days after receiving the returned item, the repair application form, and confirmation.
