Each handmade accessory is entitled to enjoy one free part replacement service at most (exclude Italian Silver series), and the freight charge to and from our shop shall be borne by the purchaser.

The exchangeable parts of our accessories only include metal parts like opening rings and clasps.

You can send the product back to our shop by Hongkong Post or SF Express. After completing the maintenance, our shop will send back the product by SF Express in the form of freight collect without further notice. The risks of delivery service shall be borne by the purchaser.

Product price, membership points and concessions will be calculated based on the original order.
