All products sold from us cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Exchange Policy

 

If the purchased product has any damage, you can contact our shop within 3 days after receiving the product to apply for exchange. Upon verifying that the application meets the requirements of returning or exchanging goods, our shop will help to return or exchange relevant goods, failing which it will be rejected. Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene issues.

 

Our shop will only accept the following reasons for exchanging:

 

 The product is damaged/defective

 

 Not the product/color/size ordered by you

 

 Product with unfit sizes

 

After receiving your accessories, if the sizes are unfit (excluding customized style/customized size), you need to contact our shop within 3 days after receipt and send out the product for exchange within 5 working days after contact, otherwise it will not be accepted.

 

If you are unsure of the size of accessories, we recommend you to contact our shop for professional advices.

 

The product for exchange should be maintained in good conditions. Our shop will check the product after receipt and will retain final discretion. If the product does not meet the requirements, our shop has the right to refuse to exchange the products and will send the original product back to the purchaser with the purchaser paying the freight.

 

If the price of the product the customer wants to replace is cheaper than the original product, the difference can only be refunded in the form of shopping money. On the contrary, if it is more expensive than the original product, you only need to top up with additional value.
